I’ve worked with Whitlow Concrete on two jobs, my house and my Mom’s,  and both jobs turned out great, exceeding our expectations.  At my house we replaced an old asphalt driveway with concrete, adding a colored acid stained wave in the center, which Whitlow helped design.  At my Mom’s they tore out the front yard and installed a beautiful stamped concrete driveway and patio, as well as a 60.0’ long allen block retaining wall.  They tied in all the downspouts into a new drainage system and applied a non-slip surface to the driveway and patio, which was very beneficial to my Mom.  Both jobs stared on time and were finished in a professional and timely manner.  To me the best part of working with Whitlow Concrete was their flexibility, both in planning and in execution of the job.
