ABOUT US
Whitlow Concrete inc. is a company dedicated to producing the highest quality concrete work in the greater Santa Cruz area. Our experienced and talented employees have earned us a reputation for excellence and efficiency, taking on a wide array of jobs to meet all of our customers’ needs.
Whitlow Concrete Inc. was founded in 1960 by Bill Whitlow, who started working in the concrete industry shortly after WWII. His sons, Jim and Tim Whitlow, worked alongside their father until 1985 when Bill retired. Tim and Jim expanded the business into a mid-level company, qualifying them to take on a wide variety of big and small jobs. Jim retired in 2012 and Tim ran the company until 2022. Dillon, third generation has been running the company since. The office and corporation yard have been located on Clares Street in Capitola from the beginning.
