Tim Whitlow
President
Whitlow Concrete was founded in 1962 by Bill Whitlow who started working in the concrete industry shortly after WWII. His sons, Jim and Tim Whitlow worked alongside their father until 1985 when Bill retired. In recent years the brothers have expanded the business into a mid-level company, qualifying them to take on a wide variety of big and small jobs. The office and corporation yard have been located on Clares Street in Capitola from the beginning.

Whitlow Concrete is a company dedicated to producing the highest quality concrete work in the Greater Santa Cruz area. Our experience and talented employees have earned the reputation for excellence and efficiency, taking on a wide array of jobs to meet all our customer's needs. Our products and services include: decorative patios, walls, stairways and driveways; interior and exterior polymer overlays and acid stain designs; residential and commercial foundations and retaining walls; a wide array of exquisite pool decks ; masonry work of all types; and specialty items like exercise pool foundations, outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, polished countertops and concrete water features. Many different colors, textures and patterns are available.
